RDP @ IFERA 2024

Our Research Development Program (RDP) offers IFERA members the opportunity to engage in a developmental journey, promoting a portfolio of integrated and synergic initiatives which respond effectively to the diversity of needs expressed by members at different stages of career and professional development. With this intent, the Research Development Program is articulated in three specific tracks: Webinars, Doctoral Consortium and Summer School.

Doctoral Consortium

An in-conference once-a-year event featuring developmental workshops, inspiring talks, networking, and mentoring. Special focus on mid-advanced stage PhD students.

Summer School

A yearly online program targeted at anyone who would like to engage in a research retreat, to deepen their knowledge in family business research through theories and methods, improving writing skills, networking, and mentoring. Special focus on early-stage PhD students.

Reading Club

A recurring event providing a shared platform for the intellectual exchange of impactful research

Writing Boothcamp

A platform to support early Ph.D. students (1st and 2nd year) who aspire to participate in the summer school and doctoral consortium,in the writing of a research proposal
