Our Research Development Program (RDP) offers IFERA members two specific tracks of Doctoral Consortium and Summer School to engage in a developmental journey throughout the year.
The IFERA Conference features the Doctoral Consortium and the Paper Development Workshop. The Summer School is not necessarily related to the conference, yet a valuable experience and highly recommended.
In addition, the RDP features a continuous cycle of webinars, online workshops, and other developmental initiatives.”

Targeted at anyone who would like to engage in a research retreat, to deepen their knowledge in family business research though theories and methods, improving writing skills, networking and mentoring. Special focus on early stage PhD students.
