Jenny M. Hoobler, PhD, is a renowned Professor of Human Resource Management at Nova School of Business and Economics. Her research focuses on diversity, inclusion, and women’s careers in organizations. With over 175 research-based publications and presentations, including notable awards, Jenny is recognized as an influential scholar in her field. Jenny holds positions as an A-rated researcher with the South African National Research Foundation and a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Jenny has also held leadership roles within academic divisions and serves as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Applied Psychology. At Nova, she teaches courses on managing diverse workforces at the master’s level.
