Lucia is a Professor in Entrepreneurship at the Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) in Sweden and member of Centre for Family Enterprise and Ownership (CeFEO). She is also Senior Advisor to the President of Jönköping Univerisity for Internationalization. Her research focuses on growth and internationalization of small and young firm. She is also interested in entrepreneurship in different contexts, including family firms, media firms, and firms located in rural areas. She is member of the Editorial Review Boards of ET&P and JBV. She published in JOM, JBV, ET&P, SBE, FBR, LRP, JSBM and IBR.
