Dr. María Piedad López is assistant professor for the Area of Strategic Management and Family Business at INALDE – Business School, Universidad de La Sabana, Colombia. She got her MBA degree from INALDE Business School on 2007, her Master of Science Economics and Business Administration from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland and her Ph.D. in Economics and Business Administration – University of Jyväskylä, Finland in 2013. Maria’s research focuses on family firm strategy,the role of women in the family business, and psychological ownership in the next generation. Professor López is the head of the INALDE Family Business Center and she continues to hold positions as researcher, peer evaluator of articles for international and national journals.
