Mattias Waldkirch is Assistant Professor for Entrepreneurship & Innovation in Family-Owned Firms at the Strascheg Institute for Innovation, Transformation & Entrepreneurship at EBS Business School (Germany), and he is affiliated to the Centre for Family Enterprise and Ownership at Jönköping International Business School (Sweden). His research interests focus on the intersection between family firms & ownership, human relations, and corporate entrepreneurship. He is member of the Editorial Review Boards of JFBS. He published in HRMR and JFBS.
