Graduated in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS, 2001), Master in Business and Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (2004), MBA Entrepreneurship & Family Business, Creación de Empresas y Gestión de Empresas Relatives EAE, Barcelona, Spain (2007) and PhD in Administration from the University of Vale dos Sinos, with an exchange period at EDHEC (France) (2018). Has experience in the area of Administration, with emphasis on Strategic Administration and Management of Family Businesses.
She is currently Director of Continuing Education at PUC-RS, professor at undergraduate and postgraduate level of disciplines related to the theme of Family Business Management, in addition to acting as an independent advisor on boards of directors.
